Which Investing Influencers Do You Follow?
Personally I am not interested in Investing Influences for 2 reasons. (1) Are they paid influencers who share based on the company's scripted message? (2) Did these influencers buy the stocks and proven track record?
Everyone likes to hear the good news and not bad news. Even bad news if put in the positive approach may not sound so bad news.
Similarly I DO NOT FOLLOW INVESTING INFLUENCES despite I spent lots of time on social media platforms, reading news and articles. In Mass Communication and Sales & Marketing, there are different ways of speaking to touch the psychological and emotional needs to get your AUDIENCE TO BUY THE PRODUCTS. Dont be fool. Even in Real Estate Sales, the trainee is taught on what to say to the potential buyer to make the buyer feel proud and good in order to secure your deposit for the Condominium you desire but not within your reach.
Investing Influencers are good talkers and have a way or strategy to HOOK YOU INTO THEIR BAIT. I cannot do Sales because if I dont believe in the products, there is no way I can sell it. To me, being ethical is important, not just close sales for my benefits.
In my previous posts on Trading or Investment books to read, read it with a pinch of salt. Every Writer has his or her own perspective and biases. The same with Influencers.

You need to know the purpose of Influencers whether for Investing or any other Industries. TO GET YOU HOOK ON THEIR IDEA AND TO GET YOU TO BUY THE PRODUCTS. Results? Successful rates of 80% sales conversion to Dollars and Cents. In SG and elsewhere, celebrities are used to promote and endorse products. Their fans would buy the products they promote.
Finally, do your own due diligence on the stock you are keen to buy. Chevk out historical prices, read who are the management team and their strategies or future plans. Of course companies can paint a good picture but whether they execute it or not will be shown in the historical data. Read various news and Analysts report with one eye closed as there are some biasness. Invest Conservatively with your hard-earned money.
