Just sold all my shares and am closing my account. They lie about giving you free stock. I have been trying to get it for two months....I have to take a picture of my ME page on my phone, with ANOTHER phone to show them I have not recd my shares. they can just bring up my account to see that. I did that and was told we didnt get it....I give up....reporting them to SEC

You have to deposit the amount of money before you can get free share. See T&C. I got my cash rebate x 2 once my referral deposit cash.

Futu buddy...i just spent my entire lunch hour on the phone with your guys and they just told me we will send you NEW email telling how to take a picture, after I have already sent you three. Then he mentioned about taking a copy of my ID...first I have heard of that one.. each time, you say we didnt get the pic. please send again, please take a picture of your phone with ANOTHER phone to show us my ME page. All you have to do is look at my account to see I did not receive my free stock. Why are you making me jump through hoops to get a lousy 15.00 of stock. I sold all my holdings today. I DID file a complaint with the SEC this afternoon.
