MOOMOO free stock

The moomoo free stock is a joke. I opened my account and funded it and was due two free stocks. I did the spin to ID what stocks I was going to get, well that was over two months ago. After repeated emails, them telling me to sent a copy of my ME page, a copy taken by ANOTHER phone of my phone and doing this, still no stock. I called and was again told to send a copy of my me page after sending it 3 times. Then I was told I had to submit a copy of my lD and they would send me another email, which they did not. I have sold the shares I had purchased and will not trade in the account again, but now I am wondering How to get the money back from the stock sale. When i click on withdraw it sends me to a new sign on page and they insist on sending you a sign in number, no problem, but I clicked on the send button many times and no code was sent. Guess they are going to cheap me out of my cash too. I loved the fact that moomoo had the desktop stock management page, but that is the only thing good about it. It's funny, they insist on a copy of your ME page FROM your cell phone, but all they have to do is pull up my account in their own little office and see the free stock was not posted. This is pure fraud. I filed a complaint with the SEC, they won't do anything, but the complaint IS on file. Let's see how many more people complain, then maybe something will be done.

  • Dadacai : I don’t work for moomoo but it looks like your issue is your mobile phone is not recognised by moomoo’s systems as a mobile phone. This seems to happen with less popular mobile phone brands. moomoo has this rule about virtual machines not being eligible (to prevent abuse of their promotion). Hence they request for affected customers to send a photo showing your moomoo app is installed on a real mobile phone and you are signed in to your account. For the withdrawal, you should not go and create a new moomoo ID. You should go and add your bank account at Trade > More (top bar with icons, slide to the left) > Bank Account before using the Withdraw function.
