Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Qualcomm and others plan to jointly develop meta-cosmic industry standards.

36 companies, including $Meta Platforms(META.US)$ , $Microsoft(MSFT.US)$ , $1CM Inc(EPIC.CA)$ , $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ , $Qualcomm(QCOM.US)$ , and $Sony(SONY.US)$ , have formed an organization called meta-Universe Standards Forum (Metaverse Standards Forum), which intends to establish industry standards for Metasverse, AR/VR, etc., and the organization plans to hold its first meeting this year. However, $Apple(AAPL.US)$ has not joined the organization yet.
