Tuya plans to be listed in Hong Kong, and Tencent is an important shareholder

Tuya, in which Tencent holds 10.2% of the shares, will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The offering will be opened from June 22 to June 27, 2022. It is expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 5.
Once listed, Tuya will become another Chinese stock listed in Hong Kong in the near future.
