1. What is the secret to your xx% monthly return? Buy more?
Discipline and patience. I have a plan, and I stick to it, ans refine it as when necessary. I do not make the mistake of becoming greedy and abandoning my plan.
2. How do you keep making profits?
To make money in stocks, I stay invested- invested long-term, through good times and bad. I invest only money that I won't need for at least five years. That way, I have time to ride out market ups and downs and still make money. The more time I invest in the market, the more opportunity there is for my investments to go up. The best companies tend to increase their profits over time, and investors reward these greater earnings with a higher stock price. That higher price translates into a return for investors who own the stock.
3. How to diversify your portfolio?
My diversified portfolio consist of 70% stocks, 25% bonds, and 5% short-term investments. To build a diversified portfolio, I look for investments - stocks, bonds, cash, or others - whose returns have not historically moved in the same direction and to the same degree. This way, even if a portion of my portfolio is declining, the rest of my portfolio is more likely to be growing, or at least not declining as much.
