VVVVVVVERY surprised all the recent announcements have not given this stock price the momentum it really deserves..
All the hype around EV, battery tech and lithium etc has been focused primarily on Asian markets promoting the finished products like EV's and smartphones...
whilst Aus has quietly been expanding explorations with mining heavyweights (like Jervois, Liontown, Allkem, Pilbara Min. ) which provides the raw materials required to MAKE these products, like Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel.
The ICO has largely gone unnoticed.... until recently. The proposed (and almost completed) Idaho Cobalt Operations will be the only site of its kind in the US, drilling to commence Feb 2023. Yep very soon, and to my surprise, its "the only primary cobalt mine in the US" & will supply "critical metal for EV's, energy generation and distribution, defence, & other industries"
We also need to mention last years little acquisition of Freeport Cobalt, costing almost 200mil, it is now aiming Jervois towards being "the 2nd largest producer of refined cobalt outside China". Considering it has Australian parentage with Canadian and now also US lines, the growth potential is enormous.
