NIO's new car deliveries fall out of the top five for now... Can the $10 billion financing boost "keep the cold at bay"?

Publicly available data shows that NIO, once at the top of the list of domestic "new car makers", is rapidly being overtaken by other new energy companies in terms of new car sales and deliveries since last year, with new car deliveries falling out of the top 5 in the first 5 months of this year.
Publicly available data shows that from January to May 2022, NIO delivered 37,900 vehicles, an increase of 11.8% year-on-year, with 7,024 vehicles delivered in May, an increase of 4.7% year-on-year. Both the delivery volume and year-on-year growth rate were significantly lower than other domestic new energy vehicle manufacturers.

In May 2022, the four new car makers - $XPeng(XPEV.US)$ , Nezha, $Li Auto(LI.US)$ and Zero Running Automotive - all delivered more than 10,000 vehicles in a single month, and the cumulative deliveries in the first five months all exceeded 40,000 vehicles; the cumulative deliveries in the first five months all grew by more than 100% year-on-year. $BYD Company Limited(002594.SZ)$ cumulative sales of new energy vehicles (pure electric) in the first five months of 2022 reached 254,000 units, an increase of 245.9% year-on-year.
From the above data, we know that the year-on-year growth rate of NIO's deliveries in the first five months of 2022 is at the bottom of the six car companies, and the gap is obvious.
