The market recovery
There are 210 stocks with short borrow rates over 100%. 6 months ago the highest amount at oñe time being over 100% was less than 20. The number is so high now because companies can’t do a prospectus to lower the rates, if they do they risk being delisted or angering shareholders by doing a reverse split right after. The market can’t take more shares. Companies doing a prospectus will be delisted or will be forced to reverse split. Companies with more than 200 million shares can’t recover once they fall below .50c without reverse splitting

默默的关注你成长 : No wonder there have been a lot of joint ventures recently and a lot of complaints
默默的关注你成长 : The company will break up when it makes money and close if it loses money.
Mcsnacks H Tupack OP 默默的关注你成长 : The market is averaging 2.5 reverse splits a week. Last year there were less than 10 for the entire year.
默默的关注你成长 Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : There seems to be a lot of crisis.
Mcsnacks H Tupack OP 默默的关注你成长 : Not a crisis. Just to many prospectus added too many shares because companies needed the money because of Covid. They added too many IPOs also. The market can only handle so many shares. You overfill and you run out of buyers. So now they have to be removed to equal the buyers.
默默的关注你成长 : Very Master .
ItzMe17 : @Mcsnacks H Tupack.. your view on $Kintara Therapeutics (KTRA.US)$ & $VYNE Therapeutics (VYNE.US)$.. will it raise to 1 dollar or more? Both have strong pipeline & FDA approval soo but been under 1 dollar for quite sometime.
Mcsnacks H Tupack OP ItzMe17 : Both look good. They have insiders buying up shares and they are Uptrending. 50 million isn’t too many shares so they shouldn’t reverse split.
ItzMe17 : Thanks bro
Mcsnacks H Tupack OP ItzMe17 : If Vyne can make it to .75c it will go over a 1.00. KTRA isn’t looking good. It’s at almost a year under a dollar so it’s running out of time
