How far the high price of oil can go?
$United States Oil Fund LP(USO.US$ $ProShares UltraShort Bloomberg Crude Oil ETF(SCO.US$ $Crude Oil Futures(SEP4)(CLmain.US$ Someone can tell me if I am wrong. I don’t think the high price will last too long because of two reasons.
The first, if the oil price not drop down, the inflation will crash the economy. When recession comes, all the things’ price will drop include oil.
Second, if Fed keep increasing interest to hold down the demand side, and success control the inflation. The recession doesn’t happen but the oil price still drop because of low inflation and low demand.

ACIC是骗子 : This idea is not wrong. However you need to know, too many people have the same idea with you and buy puts. This will be tricky. Market maker will try to keep the oil price at high price level for long to kill these puts. Then, it would be very difficult to predict when oil price will drop.
