Imagine what happens if he decides to put that money back in TSLA… That would mean a new ATH by the split. But I think he is still going to buy Twitter, at a lower price. To do that he needed to withdraw from the agreement: they gave him the perfect excuse with the bot misinformation. He may have to pay the 1 billion fine, but he well save 9 on the other side… OR… the Twitter stock will go much more lower than people think, with the aggravation of the false (bot %) statements.

I hold and trade only Tesla, plus some consistent short on the TQQQ to compensate and, yesterday, a big short position on Twitter. I don’t do anything else. So, the higher the better: I trade every day and I buy/sell 1/2 or 2/3 of my long term portfolio a few times per year, as I did last December (I still have to buy back a few dozens at the last dips) and as I will do the same day of the split IF the stock should get there with a high price.
