Yet another 420 buyout joke by Elon?
Elon just announced that he is not buying Twitter anymore, which might not be surprising to people who followed his antics and saw the "420" joke in the making.
Before this Twitter deal, Elon did make another $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ buyout deal joke saying it will take Tesla private for $420, 4 years back. 420 for those who don't know why Elon finds it funny is because 4/20 is a popular holiday celebrating cannabis culture, and using 420 to reference marijuana has become a widespread meme.
So when Twitter deal was announced with a price that have 420 in the price tag ($54.20), there are many skepticism as this is not the first time. So maybe next time we should be more wary of Elon's buyover deal that have 420 in it.

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ stock rised maybe due to this reason.
$Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC.US)$ rised also maybe because of this.
Just imagine if Elon already bought some DWAC share before filing that termination, then he's really a genius in making
He may get a chance to get $Twitter (Delisted) (TWTR.US)$ at a cheaper price/walk away from the deal & earned some pocket money
doctorpot1 OP jack the giantkiller : yes, Twitter fake user number calculation is totally flawed, and using just 100 sample the real fake user % could be as high as 18% as stated in my post here.

but that doesn't mean Elon was serious in the first place as this is not the first time for him to be doing market manipulation. he did it with Telsa and many crypto, and got into trouble with SEC so many times. So he could have been serious, he could have done yet another 420 joke. So just be wary of it
