S-Reits: shelter from the storm in H1 2022

During the H1 2022, the S-Reits and property trusts sector in Singapore experienced net institutional outflows of S$359 million and net retail inflows of S$447 million.

In H1 2022, the sub-segment with the best performance was hospitality. The four hospitality trusts generated net institutional inflows of S$62 million and total returns of 17% on average:
