Would there be another Shanghai lockdown?

1) 20 new high risk areas added, 39 High risk Areas in Shanghai released/downgraded from control.

2) New infected cases is reduced from Sunday 64 to Monday 54 to Tuesday 50. ( Although that does not mean the scare is over)
3) Mass flight in Shanghai are cancelled, is being reported as untrue. There is no flight cancelled due to pandemic control.
4) There is a report that Shanghai people should prepare 14 days of food. Causing a slight scare.
5) Shanghai Exchange is green these 2 days. Maybe they know something than we do?
My opinion is the chances of a lockdown could be around 30% to 40%. But today what is being known seems to be positive.
