doctorpot1 Domolorr : yes you are correct. All broker uses a T+2 system so the settlement is only completed after 2 working days. So OP you need to wait 2 days. Also you might need to convert from US account to your SG account then can withdraw if you are from SG

doctorpot1 placid Eagle_1573 OP : you might want to check if
0. when you click your account it shows that you have cash
1. you got any pending order (I.e. you have a buy order that is using the money)
2. is the money in the main account (the account when you deposit money it goes there one). like for mine is SG account so to withdraw from US account need to convert currency back to my SG account before it can be withdrawn.

placid Eagle_1573 OP : I’ve gotten an answer.
This was because I’ve a pending order for US market, any pending orders will result in frozen funds.

Ive now cancel the pending order. I can now see the fund to convert & thereafter withdraw the funds.
