We are familiar with the short squeeze of stocks like $AMC, $RDBX, $GME $REV, and so on. Companies like BlackRock are in a PERFECT position to short the real estate market. Once the bubble REALLY bursts and they liquidate their inventory. The real market and the stock market will experience quite a tumble. They control a good amount of the houses. The physical market pops. Stock drops. Their options are deep ITM. Wait a minute.. it's better for them tax-wise if the underlying goes to zero. They liquidate the inventory flooding the physical market further. The underlying will certainly struggle. Keep an eye out on your REITs Especially in Texas. 👀👀👀
