      Six S-Reits obtained the 5-star GRESB rating in 2021

      GRESB Real Estate Assessment is an investor-driven global ESG benchmark and reporting framework for listed property companies, private property funds, developers and investors that invest directly in real estate.
      The assessment covers 3 components:
      1. Management components such as strategies and policies
      2. Performance components such as greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy consumption
      3. Development components such as a building’s design.
      Entities in the top/bottom quintile will have a 5-star/1-star rating respectively. Only 20% of entities in each year receive the 5-star rating.

      Let's find out the six S-Reits obtained the 5-star GRESB rating in 2021:
      1. CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust
      CICT was established following the merger between CapitaLand Mall Trust and CapitaLand Commercial Trust. The trust was includes office, retail malls, and integrated development.
      2. Frasers Centrepoint Trust
      FCT's portfolio consists of nine retail malls and one office property with a total valuation of SGD $6billion (data as of Sep 30, 2021).
      3. Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust
      FLCT is a real estate investment trust focusing on logistics and industrial, central business district commercial, office and business park properties.
      4. Lendlease Global Commercial Reit
      LReit is in a diversified portfolio of stabilised income-producing real estate assets located globally that are used primarily for retail and office purposes as well as real eatated-related assets in connection with the foregoing.


      5. Manulife US Reit


      6. Suntec Reit
      Suntec REIT's flagship asset is Suntec City, one of Singapore's largest integrated developments, consisting of office retail and a convention center.
