Suntec REIT increased dividend per unit by 15.8% YoY in H1

Suntec REIT released its results for the year to the end of June before the market opened on Wednesday (27 July). The increase in dividends was due to a 7.1 % increase in distributable income from operations to $126.6 million and a further $11.5 million in capital distribution.

Overall, the REIT's distributable income for the first half of the year increased by 16.9% to $138.14 million. Total revenue increased by 22.1% to $203.54 million and net real estate income increased by 35.8% to $152.90 million.
