Pochong : If the stock price runs to your favour you wont say that. Stock market works as a zero sum game. You lose you feel scammed but the opposite side taking your trade makes money and doesn't feel its a scam. Trading all carries risk and we have been warned. I do not think the police or SEC will care about your complains.

But eventually they are just manipulating the market and harvest the money from retail investors. If no such scammers, i will not even bother this company at all.
