Reason for today’s increase
incase you missed out in earnings , AA announced there will be a Dividend given out as a form of security . everyone with AMC will receive a new symbol “Ape” for each of their shares. this should expose the synthetics out there, their will only be 514M “ape” shares.
hedges/brokers need to make sure everyone has their amc shares accounted for before this dividend is given out. so IMO thats what we saw today , hedges paying for some of those synthetic shares out there. very exited to see what next week brings.
