Here’s why BBIG halt isn’t merger related

$Vinco Ventures(BBIG.US)$ While it is true that the T12 can be used for mergers or going private, every ticker cited here that got a T12 was for one that disappeared after the merger and the T12 was never enacted during trading hours. BBIG got a T12 during trading as the T12 has been used in the past for fraud, not mergers. Unlike all these other tickers that disappeared after their merger within 1 or 2 trading days of the T12 being issued, BBIG is not a ticker disappearing after their merger that has been unconsummated for almost 2 years ago. If Zash wasn’t private, and was a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq, when BBIG and Zash merged, ZASH would receive the T12 because it would be going bye bye, not BBIG.

Latest insanity is people looking up the symbol ZVV claiming thats the new ticker after the merger. Read the merger agreement. If the merger happens it remains BBIG. Saddest part about retail clinging to this “ZVV” notion is that it only had 3 letters and is a NYSE ticker. Nasdaq tickers have 4 letters and the BBIG/Zash merger is Nasdaq.

Ted Farnsworth is an absolute criminal who has done this at least 4 times before causing enormous retail losses. Most recent was Moviepass aka Helios and Matheson. He lied as that ship sank just as he is now.

This T12 is not merger related IMO. Its a “whistleblower” T12 that happens when credible evidence of fraud is brought to Nasdaq by an insider like John Collucci. Nasdaq has now requested info from Ted. He controls when this halt ends. Don’t hold your breath.

I don’t currently have any position in BBIG and I don’t plan on having one AND I DON’T NEED ONE TO POST IF I WANT TO. So save your “why you worried about our money” BS. I‘m not. Lose your ass if you like.

  • MrNobody1969 : Wow your so far off it’s comical!! Nice try

  • Mike Hunt OP MrNobody1969 : This is correct.  No ticker stopped by a T12 existed after the merger like BBIG will if they ever merge.  And none of the T12 halts for mergers ever happen during trading.  You will learn small boy.

  • Mike Hunt OP MrNobody1969 : Every T12 on the list other than BBIG was one that disappeared after the merger.  Every T12 on the list other than BBIG happened outside trading hours.  Dispute that.  Look up when T12 were used for fraud.  Those uses look like how it is being used on BBIG.

  • Birdistheword : Damn if this is true that’s sad man. I’m so sick of these companies going bk or robbing retails money. There’s enough for retail to deal with.
I am already involved with a bk stock and it’s infuriating.
Not in bbig. Some people will get angry at you but these guys don’t get a free pass.
Retail is a money jar to some.
The stock market isn’t Ponzi scheme land. They need to be strict on these companies and which are allowed to be listed. Clearly protecting retail isn’t priority or things would change. Idk

  • Mike Hunt OP Birdistheword : I hope it turns out the best for retail but it’s not looking good. Ted Farnsworth is a crook

  • Mike Hunt OP Birdistheword : His response to when movie pass went to zero and investors lost all their money was that a lot of people made money when it was at highs if they sold on the pump. That’s his mentality

  • Birdistheword Mike Hunt OP : Wow

I block accounts with no name, pic, trading history or posts that try to follow me. Sorry hedges
