The analyst reduced revenue and adjusted EBITDA estimates on the "weak" volume trends into Q3 and the company's mix-shift towards lower-fee institutional trading.

$Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO.US)$ shares declined in extended trading Monday after the videogame publisher revised its outlook lower, to not only account for its recent acquisition of Zynga but for shifts in the release dates of some titles.

MoffettNathanson analyst Michael Nathanson downgraded $Roku Inc (ROKU.US)$ to Underperform from Market Perform with an unchanged price target of $62. The stock has "surprisingly bounced back after an incredibly weak" Q3 revenue guide, Nathanson tells investors in a research note.
