LOW FLOAT AND LOW OUTSTANDING SHARES

these are some major things you need to look for when you are looking for some of those low price penny stocks or meme stocks to run up in price drastically.
I'm going to explain this very rudimentary as if I was explaining it to a retail trader to make it easy to understand. but basically you want low amount of floating shares and low amount of outstanding shares for these low priced stocks to run the price up. I circled those two things in the red box in the picture.
the float and the outstanding shares are what market makers use to control the price.
the the floating shares are kind of what the name sounds like. they are floating. these are the only shares available for retail traders to buy for that day. if retail traders sell their shares the float increases. if retail traders buy shares the float decreases. when the float runs out then there is little room for the market makers to control the price. and if the float runs out and retail traders are still buying it up at higher prices than the price will rise very fast.
aside from the float you need low outstanding shares. outstanding shares are the total number of shares held basically by the company. so basically if the price rises very fast then the company may be willing to sell some of those shares that are outstanding at the higher price. so if there are a lot of outstanding shares then there is the potential for a lot of shares to dilute the market and bring the price down. because if the price is already high then they will not be worried to sell at a slightly lower price. and that brings the price down.
basically you want low float and low outstanding shares so the market makers cannot control the price because when all of the retail traders want to buy at a higher price they must buy the floating shared and the market makers have the floating shares available at a lower price. this is how they keep the price from running up too fast.. they also do this because they know that retail traders are typically going to buy at a higher price, and that would make the price run up too fast, so they always offer the floating shares at a lower price than. they only allow you to retail traders to buy from the float which they control the price of. This is how they manipulate the price.
so basically when the float runs out then they the outstanding shares are the only shows left that people can buy. and when the float runs out and there is nobody willing to sell their outstanding shares then there is no other way for the market makers to control the price. and that is why the price runs up so fast sometimes on a lot of these stocks. because there is very low outstanding shares and very low float.
occasionally when the float is too low and the outstanding shares are too low then the company will issue a share offering. and that always brings down the price. so that is always what you need to watch out for on these stocks
the only trick to these running plays is you need a lot of volume and a lot of buyers to be using up the float. there must be a lot of hype and a lot of bullish sentiment and a lot of volume. you have to see the float actively being used up. and there has to be much more buyers than sellers. that is how you find the running stocks. sometimes the float only gets used up in one day. and the next day there's plenty of float to control the price. so always watch the float and the volume and the outstanding shares in real time. because the volume could die at any moment and the stock will stop running at any moment
