Monday and Thursday are the "best day"!

Welcome back from my previous post 'Is it getting crazier out there?'!

On today's topic, we will be discussing on which days are the "best day" in a week.

For this, I did a simple research by using the 'Short Sales' data for the past 30 trading days (01 Jul 2022 to 12 Aug 2022).

So, let me present you with the Jul 2022 data.

In Aug 2022, we can get positive gains by trading the stock that has the highest short volume change on all the days 100% of the time, except for Tue. The average gains were 176.25% for Wed, follow by 76.32% for Mon, 74.22% for Fri and 38.98% for Thu.

Once again, Tue was the "worst day" as it was only 50% of the time that we get positive gains. However, what surprises us is that if we account for the average gains for all the Tue, we can get a 114.845% gain, just right behind Wed average gains of 176.25%.

Although the result shows that we are 100% likely to have a positive gains in Mon and Thu, we should also take note that it only shows us the past 30 tradings days for the period of 01 Jul 2022 to 12 Aug 2022. Thus, we should always remember to DYODD (Do your own due diligence) when making any kind of investment.
