I often asked myself, why not drop all my portfolio and invest in 3 ETFs? Something like 50% $Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO.US)$ , 30% $Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$ and 20% $iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM.US)$

I am happy knowing that my dividend portfolio with a 0.7 beta in a bull market will perform worse than a simple index. On the other side, in a bear market or recession, my portfolio will be more stable.

I understood that I like to sleep well at night without thinking about my investment; this is the most important thing for me. So I am happy to be one of the many who doesn't overperform the market 👍
