I do not think there is really a “best day”
I do not think there is really a “best day” and most answers to this will be opinion based. There is no real proof for what day is best.
I love Monday as I have five full trading days to look forward too. If I open a position or are hoping to close one, I have the whole week to do it. Stocks may not necessarily always rally on a Monday but news from the weekend or previous week will be priced in (if not already).
However, I strongly believe that the first hour and last hour of trading on any day is the best time to open/close a position. These are the times when the share price and trade volume are the most volatile.
