its done been time for a long time, and as always, I'm showing up f*ing late...

with my 1st husband widowing me, and my 2nd husband leaving a little more than a year ago to pursue work in the marijuana industry in Oregon professionally, and recreationally pursue the company of other men, many, many, many other men, and his departure being preceded immediately by the death of my grandmother, and followed up 5mos later by my grandfather going to be with her, that left me, 38 years old, disabled, with subpar credit history, and no real friends of any sort, pretty much totally and completely, alone in this world by the time 2021 came to it's close. I'm blessed to have stable housing, though it wasn't actually deeded over to me upon my grandparents death as I'd been originally promised upon having it built in 2014, but there also haven't been any issues resulting from that issue, nor any increased costs associated have been incurred, so at least I have that going for me. but... the house is located in the country, and not in reasonable distance for walking to get anywhere, and with my car also under going a seemingly constant need of repairs, not always in my budget to address immediately either, I worry I may be pushing it onto it's last leg, without any real ability to afford another should the need arise for me to replace it, in addition to the constant pain and stress of dental issues brought on by poor life choices in my teens, and living the majority of my 30s just scraping by, on a fixed amount well under what is considered to be the line for poverty, compiled with the utterly insane stance on healthcare that allows for both dental and vision to be omitted or extremely limited in coverage by health insurance providers, despite eyes and teeth both having full time residency in the very same body that is fully covered for everything else... the pressure to be self sufficient, and have a chunk of money put up for just-in-case scenario's like the car, or the care for my dental issues to be addressed quickly has grown exponentially for me. I have had far better luck in investing in crypto currency than I have had in the stock exchange so far, but I have a larger percentage of my funds invested in stocks, no coins or token in spite of that. none of my investments are held in savings accounts (high yield or other) or in consumables or in precious metals like silver or gold at the current time, and I don't expect to change that anytime soon, if ever. I do however aim to increase my current investing accounts worth to at least double it's current size by the end of the year, if not even more than that. I aim to be confident in my ability to handle whatever life throws at me, and to have to resources to do it all by myself.
