It basically says that AA will sell 50 mil class B's sometime in the future. Each class B represents 100 shares of common. He can sell them to whoever he wants too for whatever price he wants too and the board is the only one who decides if they can be converted to common. Get this, in the filing it even states he can sell them to short sellers to cover short positions. So basically what he has done is a work around to not needing shareholder approval to dilute to the tune of 5 bil shares. The upside is they may pay off their debt. The down side is it is a company with no profit and a 5.5 bil share float. Either way - it absolutely kills any possibility of MOASS for this stock (which is what all you guys are sure is going to happen).
