Twitter has to hand over only 1 out of 22 employees' files on the bot issue that was requested by Elon
Getting more hopeful of the deal closing as days goes by. Delaware Chancery Court Judge mostly denied Musk’s request for files regarding bots from 22 employees. The exception is Kayvon Beykpour, former head of consumer product, who was fired in May. So now $Twitter (Delisted) (TWTR.US)$ will have to "collect, review, or produce documents" related to bots from Kayvon Beykpour's files, and submit it to Elon's team.
