Make it Big Crowing Cock OP : I have read the company's announcement. The statement of change in beneficial ownership, the sale is a mandatory sale executed to pay for the withholding tax. Last Year Tesla Elon Musk also sold shares to pay taxes on his stock holdings that was awarded to him in a form of remuneration that attracts taxes. I don't think this disposal has to do with any poor future performance of Canoo.
