Their is no challenge from the company because they know they will A) recover or B) be sold either one is a big win for retail. Don't sell, buy more! Their is a lot of money to be made on this play we just have to hold back the shorts. stop panic selling!

NeverGiveUp2007 : Did you read the 8-k letter that came out Friday after hour? Did they receive another letter due to misconduct of the exec/director? I am in deep I want them to succeed, I just want some clarification.
SuburbanRedneck OP NeverGiveUp2007 : that's in reference to that letter. the soonest they can/will be delisted is the end of the year. I'm in deep too! but I'm not sweating it. this is to big of company not to be bought or restructured. just take a look at Revlon for reference, know where near as big or important and the filed chapter 11 back in June their stock tanked to and look at them now still alive and well.

SuburbanRedneck OP : what's your average? I'm pretty deep but brought it down to .41 a share. I'm hoping for the best all I know for sure is we still have a few months for this thing to play out before we start getting nervous. it's a good company with a very good history, just caught up in all this opioid bs. it's gonna comeback one way or another. just need retail to stop being so panicky lol
