BPH Energy looks at legal options over PEP-11 rejection following Scott Morrison revelations
BPH Energy $BPH Energy Ltd (BPH.AU)$renews its efforts to overturn the rejection of a NSW gas exploration permit in light of recent revelations of former Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s secret ministerial appointments
The company says it is undertaking a full review of its operations, including legal channels, over Mr Morrison’s rejection of the PEP-11 licence last year
Mr Morrison had overruled then-Resources Minister Keith Pitt, who was allegedly in favour of the extension, to make the decision
In any case, current Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was openly against PEP-11 before Mr Morrison rejected the two-year extension to the 4500-kilometre licence
Shares in BPH Energy are up 235.71% to 4.7 cents as of 23/08/2022.
