BAG FINDER GENERAL : What are the chances they actually follow this rule. They seem to ignore everything else.
When you got some decrepit old man in charge of the country, who just gives free money out to anyone and everyone I'm sure they'll find a way round this. I'm still holding but I wouldn't pin any hopes on this
