Its portfolio value stands at $1.46 billion with a 100% occupancy rate. The Reit will target new markets such as Frankfurt, Chicago, and Dallas for acquisition.

No.2 Daiwa House Logistics Trust
Daiwa House Logistics Trust posted a DPU of S$0.0309 for the period between Nov 26, 2021(its listing date) and Jun 30, 2022.
The trust manager believes that the demand will continue to grow due to business expansions, relocations for more efficient networks, obsolescence of current facilities, and an increase in the volume of storage goods.

EC World Reit reported an H1 2022 net property income (NPI) of S$57.9 million, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.2%, and an H1 2022 DPU of S$0.01387, representing a year-on-year decline of 9.6%.
According to the Reit manager, domestic demand in China will continue to rise, and online retail will increase faster than offline retail in 2022. The Reit will continue to focus on its downstream logistics and e-commerce businesses to meet the demand for warehousing facilities and logistics services.

No.4 Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust
Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) has reported a portfolio occupancy rate of 96.5% for the 3QFY2022 ended June, with its logistics and commercial portfolio at 100% occupancy and its commercial portfolio at 91.3% occupancy. Its DPU for its fiscal 2022 H1 stands at S$0.0385.
In addition, FLCT announced two proposed acquisitions: three fully leased freehold logistics and industrial properties in Australia and a freehold logistics development in the UK.

Ascendas India Trust, Singapore's largest industrial Reit, reported a 9% year-on-year increase for H1 2022 NPI and declared H1 2022 DPU of S$0.0428.
The trust pointed out that the stronger performance was backed by higher occupancy in major IT parks and increment in physical park population, as India gradually returned to normal.
