  • standalee31 : only those on Webull could have preordered it

  • Natasha Kukulka : May I Chim in. I was able to get shares at 4.00. so what happens is you would put your money in to order I have $134 so I put the $134 there was a few people that had oh my God $10, 000 , $20,000 but what they do is, they only issue a few at a time. So with that🤔 I got 8 shares, the one that had the $10,000 got 56 shares (this person was pissed) and the rest of the money is back on your account, so really it doesn't matter how much you put in a hundred thousand you're only going to get so many shares (I hoped this help) 😏. if I have interfered,  just put something to let me know not to interfere with your chat 👍

  • F_J_B_2022 : It did actually open at $4 technically. If you had a pre-order, which is not supported on Moomoo, then you were able to get a set amount at that $4 price. Since so many people pre-ordered that cut the supply down which shot the price up for everyone else when it opened. That is another good reason to have multiple brokerage accounts. I pre-order IPO's on Webull and that is all I use that account for. Moomoo is a great teaching account and has free Level 2 technicals.

  • MrWittman Natasha Kukulka : is it true that if you buy it on pre-order you can't sell it for two days

  • SwingingRingo MrWittman : I don’t know where you heard that but somebody most likely lying to you or shouldn’t be telling you and others the wrong thing.  There is no 2 day settling holding period as IPO preorders can only be bought with settled cash. Settled cash bought stocks can be sold immediately. If that were true who would buy IPOs if you had to hold it for two days you would lose money pretty much every time with a crazy rule like that. Why do you think people say get out right away before it drops? Cause you can get out right away and anytime. You see anybody say oh I can’t get out I have to wait another 2 days anywhere in these comments? No cause there is no such thing. I am glad I can clear that up. That would clearly handicap your trading seriously and screw you over big time.

  • MrWittman SwingingRingo : just thought it gave you a warning if you tried to sell right away
