I guess if you only want to make a small profit you could sell at open and be fine. But most people staying in for awhile to watch it go higher. I sold close to the peak just to ensure I got my investment back and a little profit. So now if it runs, I will get a nice return. If it falls flat, I am still in the green, just not as much.
