I hold $Mapletree Ind Tr(ME8U.SG)$ stock and was offered share buy back recently. I didn't accept the offer and continue to hold as I think REIT will perform well when the economy reopen after the pandemic. Hence I consider the buy back that the stock is doing well and it is a strategic step taken to stabilize the company.
