Energetic APE_209 OP 70108039 : Bc it is a strong stock that has been rallying strongly, good momentum. In the recent past it even entertained a buyout offer from Microsoft for $9.00. But $BIOSIG TECHNOLOGIES INC (BSGM.US)$ turned them down ( stock was $8 then) so even a 2-4 USD buyout offer would be a nice multiple for us.
Also, it just redeemed stock!!! A very strong, confident bullish move & hired new national sales account positions
