The 8K was NOT an OFFERING!

$Plus Therapeutics (PSTV.US)$ this was not an offering! When an offering is being done we will see an S3. Hold tight. Good news likely coming next week. BTW, I expect we could see an S3 in the near future but please remember they just got approved for the Phase 2 Trial so an offering may be needed to raise more money. Not all offerings are bad! in this case I believe it would be beneficial.
