Outlook for the Hang Seng Index
Both the long-term and short-term technical outlook are a downtrend so it would be more plausable to wait for a good time to go short. If you are looking to short the Hang Seng during a down trend then wait for the price to reach a major resistance level to go short. If you want to go long in a down trend then wait for the price to break out above a resistance level to go long.
