I took a bet on TQQQ before CPI announcement & was gaining before 8.30.
BUT... I took an INSTANT 4 DIGITS LOSS when CPI announced. I cut loss immediately & ride on SQQQ.
Sometimes, we just need to recognise the wind direction & not to walk against it.
Nobody is perfect, but try not be blinded by the pain & make the correct choice.

Maybe you want to ask yourself what the following :
1. why u trade or invest
2. how much effort have u put into learning & training. e.g. demo account.
Someone often ask me these questions
" what to buy?" " "when can i sell?"
"how, should i cut loss?" "can i add more?"
Well, if you don't put in effort & expect "tips" from other, then u definitely will burn yourself.
I don't mind share my opinion on trading, but the reasons to buy or sell are very dynamic, decision can change instantly.
My best suggestion, not advice, just go with the flow of the market momentum.
