Investment Milestones, Turning Points & Moomories

Greetings Mooers,

My milestone are centered around two completely different investments. A rental property and a dividend investment strategy.

1. The first milestone is related to my first Rental. a milestone was achieved when AI decided to rent out the first house I purchased. This was exciting, but marked a traditional time where I would pay two mortgages. This lasted 5month till I finally finished a few enhancements and found tenants. After 3 years, I am now reaching a milestone (technically next Oct.) where it will be payed off!

2. My secou d milestone was creating a dividend profile. This was slow going, but I invested at a very low point in the market. Then, a turning point happened where the market went up, I sold some, and the reinvested on a larger dip. Good times!

Lastly, the Moomories. My first impressions was that this is a somewhat confusing platform. Also, I did not read the fin print, and was disappointed in the reduced shares I received. However, this platform has really grown on me and I reached some fantastic investment opportunities thanks to the education parts to MooMoo. Also, I enjoy getting replays from the company and other users. Good Times, Good Vibes, & Good Moods!
