Will inflation be over by years end? I don’t think so, therefore additional rate increases next year. Couple that with a recession.
I don’t invest, I day trade but I imagine the companies you picked have sound fundamentals. So I ask you again, when will they recover the additional losses incurred? And also? How will they respond to a recession environment?
When you’re picking stocks, you’re really looking in a rear view mirror. You don’t know what’s coming. So, before you buy tomorrow ask how will this company respond to an additional drop in the S&P 500 of 350 points, increased borrowing costs and a recession. Will their products/services still be in demand or will the public put off buying them until times get better? $SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY.US)$ $S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ $Apple (AAPL.US)$ $Microsoft (MSFT.US)$ $Alphabet-A (GOOGL.US)$
