LilliansWay1973 OP : I want to make a bunch of money, just like everyone else. At the same time, I don’t want to overreact.  Doesn’t this graphic mean that AVCT simply partners with Microsoft for a service—like an outsourcing type of agreement?

You need to link the pieces together to see it as a whole, which includes Microsoft announcing cloud based service on 1st oct, avct looking for a buyout at a fair price, avct delisted by 23 Jan / 180 calendar day (forgot from which date), Microsoft being partners with avct for the past years, change of avct leadership to solve financial issues etc... The puzzle piece might come from another puzzle so it all come down to whether you believe in it. Microsoft might or might not be behind it, no one knows for sure until it happens
