Hope everyone didn’t get biffed too hard, jokes aside, Mullen acquisition is pretty cash intensive this couple months, bidding for company ownership and taking on these company debts in the current environment seems to be very confident moves, but I do wonder why the CEO is selling shares?

Because the company has zero production, zero profits and continually offers misleading headlines. Dilution is needed to carry with a very risky start up. Success for a start up going into a recession is extremely draining financially and offers little promise of success. Could it be there at some point possibly, but anyone who’s invested into MULN “may be” a bag holder indefinitely.

They getting some machines for their production line from that company. I was informed personally by someone who had an interview with Mullen. It's real. They're gonna be making cars.

Great, it’s not gonna be for a long time and then finally have a completed, DOT approved vehicle for production does not mean their stock will do anything. We hope it does, but they’re on track for more dilution, delisting, reverse/split or a variety of other factors along with a dooming and crippling recession that should fully set in around June of next year.
70205719 : he biffed himself as an asshat LOL

70205719 silverelf : why? I think 2 reasons: he needs money for lawsuits, or he knows this stock is hopeless.
silverelf 70205719 : If so, why go on a shopping spree
Jx Tan2 : I think he going to jump
