This is old news. This is just a filing saying warrants are exercisable @11.50. But they also filed a 13D which is only when they have to notify within 10 days of selling 5% or more of the company. The deal is done. They were offered $9 a share in April, they haven’t turned down the offer or they would have to file SEC reports letting shareholders know. I believe. Hired a capital management group to advise them and get the best price possible. They paid off all their debt and many more things. All things that companies selling part of their company or their subsidiary Kandy company or selling all of it. I implore you to go to the securities and exchange site and take the time to read all the mass filings since sept 1st. Everyone and everything points to Microsoft announcing on Oct.1st of a buyout but if that’s not what the announcement is their will still be a buyout by possibly Candian a company who’s ex executive from avct works for or some other big cloud company. Don’t believe the shorts FUD. 4-5x trading volume every day and price manipulation pushing the price down right before announcement is usual for shorts who can read SEC filings so they can buy up all the shares and make maximum profits. As I said it’s a done deal. Buy all you can. I will post some highly credible articles on the matter next. Also highly credible speculation from experienced traders like myself and experts giving their best opinion from the facts we know. Lastly I will post pictures on how to look up the filings for yourselves. And I suggest moving forward you don’t invest in a company before you read all new SEC filings so you can make a judgement call yourselves because too much uneducated opinion and short greed deceitful comments being made in the chat.
