$American Virtual(AVCT.US$ Just to reiterate, the odds that they refused a $9 Buyout and that, in my experience, in my 10 years experience in the market, buyouts usually pay 1/8 to 1/2 of forecasted revenue, 117 of kandys forecasted revenue lands at exactly $15 per share, no pennies above or below, are astronomical. It is very likely that $15 is the Buyout price.

modest Hyena_3506 : So to make sure I understand you are saying we will be able to sell our shares at $15 a share (or you are guessing that is?) Also - will we have to RACE to sell the stock or do they normally deposit the funds into your account? AND lol I am trying to figure out when this is going to happen

sincere Iguana_1981 OP modest Hyena_3506 : Patience my friend. Everything I have posted is speculation and could be argued by others as misleading. These numbers are based on real DD, real experts,experienced investors and history of acquisitions like these. That doesn’t mean they will even be close. Could be $9 low end as they were already offered that and have yet to turn down…could be $15+…a lot will be determined once we know if it is a 100% acquisition ( which more than likely it will be) or if it is going to be a smaller percentage but over 5%. Microsoft who works with Kandy (owned by avct) makes a big announcement oct 1st Saturday. Most of us bulls think it will be the 100% buyout by Microsoft. It lies on the same day which is the last day avct has (10 days) to announce to shareholders who and what because that’s the rules of the 13D filings with the SEC. lastly it could be days for your money to change hands or longer. In my experience I set notifications on for prices and when the news drops I sell a few pennies shy of the acquisition price so I don’t have to wait but all acquisitions are not the same. Like I said patience my friend. It’s all a guessing game for everyone.
sincere Iguana_1981 OP modest Hyena_3506 : You never have to race but if you don’t sell short of the actual price and want those extra Pennie’s. Usually you’ll pay a $50 fee to the trading platform for the transaction. If it’s an all cash deal which u believe it will be, that won’t apply and you’ll have zero fucks to worry about other than collecting your cheddar to spread on your new platinum and diamonds cracker and sprinkle some gold on top
rockindawg : The old $9/share offer would be about $4.50/share at today's share count. Now, Microsoft has paid 2 billion for companies in the past, so that isn't completely outside the realm of possibility. Considering they turned down the previous offer, and they did not execute the approved reverse split, we should be able to safely assume they took an offer that is at least higher than the previous one. They were by no means desperate, with the reverse split on the table. I am looking for at least $5/share here.
sincere Iguana_1981 OP : I agree with most of that. I do realize the share dilution makes it look like that with the doubled free float and hey you could be
% right but forward guidance on Kandy and there 5G and cloud solutions the next 5 yrs is through the roof. People spending too much time on avct when this is all about Kandy and how Microsoft needs them and comes in sweeping up companies with high growth offers. But I will be more than happy with the price you mentioned with the amount of shares I own.
