Im trying to buy stocks and i have sufficient cash balance but when i attenpt to buy something, it keeps saying that there is insufficient balance and I have to buy using margin…. i depositted SGD and im trying to buy a SG stock so how could I have insufficient balance??!

Sell on Fact : You have any example? Let say S68 now is SG$9.4 , it sells with minimum 100 shares per lot (lot size: 100), fee is approx. SG$3.xx, I guess minimum cash balance to buy would be around SG$945 ....
IVORYRICHARDMILLE OP : yes but i press odd lot size and i tried buying just 1 share for $9 and i have $10 SGD in my cash acc but it just wont go through, and my money is deposited into the right universal account too
