KB trader : No brainer to buy at this level.. just get 100 and then subscribe rights at 2.79.. those selling are probably short on funds and doesn’t want to face dilution.

Hit and Run KB trader : if the right issue price is too close to current price, this is mot a discounted price anymore. If less shareholders take up, it defeat the purpose of fund raising. The sats price have to go up then make sense....
