Just something my friend shared，but after looking at some recent marketing and sales approaches I can see why shopee had some problems.
Remeber to prep these whenever you purchase from @ $Sea (SE.US)$ Shopee ，this might not be too useful for investments but good for due diligence

Tesla 1st : Yes, I've met it too, but I think it's the right thing to do. I'm happy to resolve it, get a refund, but I need to pay back the shipping costs.
Seekr OP : But its often strange that even though Sea has top grade team. many of the features for merchants and users are quite under refined
